Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

CloudAgents Ltd ("CloudAgents", "we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our AI infrastructure provisioning platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Data We Collect

  • Account Data: Name, email address, password (hashed), company name, and billing details.
  • Usage Data: Infrastructure requests, cloud provider selections, API call logs, and feature usage statistics.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and session tokens.
  • Cloud Credentials: API keys or IAM role ARNs you provide for AWS, Azure, or GCP. These are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and never logged in plaintext.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Providing and operating the Platform
  • Processing infrastructure provisioning requests via Amazon Bedrock (Claude AI)
  • Billing and subscription management
  • Security monitoring and fraud prevention
  • Sending product updates and important notices (opt-out available)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Amazon Web Services — AI inference via Bedrock and cloud hosting. AWS SOC 2 Type II certified.
  • Stripe — Payment processing. PCI DSS compliant.
  • Law enforcement — Only when legally compelled with valid legal process.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after closure. Infrastructure request logs are retained for 12 months. Audit logs are retained for 7 years for compliance purposes.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable laws, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccuracies, request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), data portability, and object to processing. Submit requests to privacy@cloudagents.uk.

7. Security

We implement AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, multi-factor authentication for admin access, and regular penetration testing. See our Security page for full details.
