Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the CloudAgents Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

CloudAgents provides an AI-powered infrastructure provisioning control plane that translates natural language requests into cloud operations on AWS, Azure, and GCP using Amazon Bedrock (Claude). The Platform is provided as a SaaS subscription service.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must provide accurate registration information
You must keep your credentials confidential
You are responsible for cloud provider costs incurred by provisioning operations

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Platform to provision infrastructure for illegal purposes, abuse API rate limits, reverse-engineer the Platform, share credentials, or attempt unauthorised access to other tenants' data.

5. Billing & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance. The 7-day trial includes full platform access. After trial expiry, usage requires a paid plan. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial payment, minus usage costs. Contact billing@cloudagents.uk.

6. Intellectual Property

CloudAgents retains all IP rights in the Platform. You retain all rights to your data, infrastructure configurations, and outputs. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

CloudAgents is not liable for: cloud provider charges, data loss on third-party infrastructure, or business losses arising from AI-generated configurations. Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend accounts immediately for violations of these Terms or illegal activity.
